Lyme Disease Foundation Social Event
Saturday May 20 - 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Please join us at our first annual Lyme Disease Foundation Social Event at the picnic shelter at Jaycee Park in Raleigh located at 2405 Wade Ave, Raleigh, NC, 27607 on Saturday May 20 from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. We will provide materials to make sandwiches - regular bread as well as gluten free bread along with various meats and cheeses plus lettuce and tomatoes as well as various fruits and healthy snacks. We will provide water to drink. Please RSVP to John Dorney via the email notification sent or the form on the right by Wednesday May 17 at 5:00 PM so we can have an approximate head count for the event and can purchase enough food and drinks. Please advise if you have any suggestions as to the menu.
We hope to see you all on May 20 for an afternoon of food and general discussion with your fellow Lyme Disease Foundation members.
